Work
Interfaces I researched, designed and shipped, and the decisions behind them. Each case says what I cut as clearly as what I built.

Reimagining B2B Procurement
I designed TradeSource end to end for a paid client engagement that was renewed beyond its original scope: research, a shared design system, and a social feature called ShopTalk, across desktop, mobile web, and native iOS and Android.

Finding out if a photo could replace the search box
Photo search worked before I trusted it with the rest of the product: six moderated sessions on a live coded prototype told me search and checkout were solid and AR try-on wasn't, so I built the roadmap around protecting the weak link instead of showcasing it.

Betting a video tool on conversation instead of a prompt box
Every AI video tool I looked at handed someone a blank prompt and hoped; I bet on a six-question conversation instead, and shipped it as a real product with a working multi-shot render pipeline before running a single user study.

Governing feature flags across four product surfaces
Feature flags start as simple switches, then become a policy read differently by engineers, product managers, application code and delivery pipelines.

One: A Living Component Registry
Every Experience+ engagement I run starts on One: a production-ready design system of 30-plus coded components across eight categories, which began as a fix for my own sites' component drift and now ships themed to a client's brand from day one.

Building two onboarding flows to let evidence decide
Meditation apps sell calm through a sign-up form, which is its own small betrayal of what they're selling, so I built Serenity's onboarding twice: a neumorphic desktop flow and a twelve-step mobile flow, as a controlled comparison instead of a single guess.

Redesigning LLM fine-tuning for open-source contributors
InstructLab is an open-source project from IBM and Red Hat that lets contributors improve large language models through structured knowledge and skill submissions.

Safety context that travels with the team
A mobile and Apple Watch concept I designed for helping field employees understand local risk, locate opted-in colleagues, and coordinate during fast-changing emergencies: a conceptual, illustrative exploration, not an operational safety product.

A new era of investment, designed from zero to one
Aspire is a concept for a next-generation investment platform: investors discover startups worldwide and startups receive transparent, milestone-based funding through smart contracts and stablecoins.
